Job summary

ALDI in Minnesota is seeking a full-time store leader to drive performance, develop team members, and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes coordinating schedules, supervising daily operations, and supporting the store manager with achieving KPIs.

The position offers competitive wages starting at $27.00/hr with a planned increase to $28.00/hr in year two, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel with the store manager, leading and developing the team.
• Assists the store manager with action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations to the store manager.
• Trains and develops store personnel using company-provided training materials.
• Ensures store personnel comply with customer service principles and store policies.
