Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Verona, WI to oversee daily store operations and support the direct leader in achieving performance goals. The position is full-time with an average of 38 hours per week and starts at a wage of $27.00 per hour, with a planned increase to $28.00 per hour in Year 2.

Qualifications

• Participate in interviewing store personnel
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed

• Order stock and merchandise neatly to maximize sales
• Assist with payroll and loss control targets
