Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to customer service. Full-time position with 38 hours/week and starting wage of $26 per hour, with a wage increase to $27 in year

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing action plans to improve operating results.
• Set and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Identify training opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model company values and foster teamwork among staff.
• Monitor competitive environment and advise on adjustments to maintain position.
• Provide product feedback and participate in interviewing store personnel.
