Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin. You will assist the direct leader with day-to-day store activities, supervise, and help drive store performance while managing schedules and developing operational action plans.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a starting wage of $25.50 per hour and a wage increase to $26.50 in Year 2. This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
