Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and guest experience to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Coach department leaders and team members, ensuring standards and coaching.
• Perform store audits and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Review KPIs, P&L, and implement action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Quality Control.
• Lead regular performance meetings with store leadership.
• Support onboarding and leadership development programs.
• Implement corporate initiatives at the store level.
