Job summary

Victra is seeking a Store Manager in Jerome, ID to shape the guest experience and coach a sales team to exceed targets. You will drive day-to-day store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and ensure brand standards are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will develop your consultants, participate in weekly leadership calls and training, and balance achieving sales goals with a positive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales by following our sales process and coaching.
• Lead and mentor the team; resolve customer issues and assist with transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, and compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and merchandising compliance; maintain store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store as required; manage store opening/closing activities.
• Attend training and leadership calls; drive weekly sales performance.
