Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager for our Warwick, RI store. You will lead the store management team, drive execution, manage staff, and focus on customer service to build loyalty and improve performance.

Under the Store Manager, you will supervise crews, implement plans, and coordinate with leadership to optimize operations, staffing, and financial results, ensuring safety and quality in all store activities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and supervision.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor preferred.
