Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to support store management and daily operations. You will help with customer service, training, and cash handling while assisting in sales and processing items. This role requires reliability and strong communication in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management in daily management responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/service skills.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Maintain safety and conduct store inspections as required.
• Perform other duties and projects as needed.
