Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old and high school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience with leadership across perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Proven experience in P&L, safety, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of about ten (Department Managers and Receivers) with integrity and respect.
• Drive sales growth and ensure exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced store.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and loss prevention with attention to shrink and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, sanitation, and company standards.
