You will lead about ten department managers and receivers, model Sprouts values, and elevate customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and the ability to train leaders, manage inventory and scheduling, and partner with distribution and store support teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading both non-perishable and perishable department operations with integrity.
• Proven ability to handle profit and loss, safety, staffing, training, and performance appraisals.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification required or maintained.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team of around ten department managers and receivers with respect and accountability.
• Direct all store operations, ensure safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth, manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Coach leaders, supervise hiring decisions, and develop talent across departments.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, equipment issues, and operational challenges.
