Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking and standing.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Coach Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution of store standards.
• Provide category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Lead sales floor and fitting room standards as applicable.
• Manage talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management with Store Manager.
