Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience on the sales floor.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into priorities.
• Provide product storytelling and maintain emotional tone of the customer experience.
• Leverage category insights using company tools and reports.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing and performance management.
• Direct reports include Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead in high volume or complex environments and guide store performance.
• Support floorset mapping, product launches, brand education, and shipments.
