Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in Phoenix seeks a Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive brand sales. In high-volume stores, this role guides Brand Supervisors toward consistent execution, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

You will lead visual execution, storytelling, and talent development, coach teams, manage scheduling, and ensure standards across floors and fitting rooms during product launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily actions on the sales floor.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors to drive emotional customer experience.
• Provide direction and coaching to Brand Supervisors for consistent execution.
• Manage talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions with Store Manager.
• Lead and direct the business in higher volume or more complex environments.
