Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store processes, drive sales, and inspire a high-performing team. You will oversee both perishable and non‑perishable departments, ensuring safety, compliance, and superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage approximately ten staff including Department Managers and Receivers, coach leaders, and execute company programs to maximize profitability and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience with a focus on coaching
• Understanding of profit and loss, budgets, and cost control
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Experience in coordinating store operations and training teams

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations to drive sales and efficiency
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, and perishables handling
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across departments
• Model Sprouts leadership behaviors and develop leaders through coaching and feedback
• Maintain strong customer service standards and quick issue resolution
