Job summary

Topdrawer is hiring an Assistant Manager in Cambridge, MA. You will be the Store Manager’s right hand, balancing exceptional customer experience with strong business acumen while running the store in the Manager’s absence.

You will coach and motivate the team, oversee daily operations, and partner with the Store Manager on KPIs, product launches, and long-term planning. This is an opportunity to grow into Store Manager with a mission-driven brand.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid operational abilities.
• Passionate about design and customer connections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and model a warm, personalized customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Co-own sales goals, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead floor operations as Manager-on-Duty and mentor team members.
