Topdrawer is seeking a Store Manager in Brookline, MA to lead daily store operations and create a community-focused shopping experience. The role demands hands-on leadership, a commitment to creativity, and strong process discipline to ensure exceptional customer service.

You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, and staff development, while driving sales targets and maintaining the brand’s refined, purposeful assortment. Experience in retail preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience.

• Ability to lead store to meet targets.
