Topdrawer in Brookline, MA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a creative, community-focused store. You will run daily operations, deliver an inspiring student experience, and coach a talented team in a way that reflects the Topdrawer philosophy.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive sales through product storytelling, visual merchandising, and partnerships with local creatives, all while maintaining Topdrawer’s distinctive, thoughtful design language.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail management experience.
Passionate about creativity, sustainability, and intentional living.
Detail-oriented and operationally strong, with an eye for beautiful, functional tools.
Warm, dependable, and energized by building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high-touch, educational, and personalized customer experience that builds long-term loyalty.
Share authentic product storytelling and follow up consistently to deepen relationships.
Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, creative hubs, and community leaders to expand reach and traffic.
