Job summary

rag & bone in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join its store leadership team. You will drive daily operations, elevate the customer experience, and coach supervisors and associates to deliver best-in-class service.

You will lead staffing, training, and execution of store business plans, analyze sales data to set strategies, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Buying to optimize assortment and presentation.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of retail experience in specialty, contemporary, or luxury.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience.
• Advanced clienteling skills with the ability to build and grow a loyal customer base.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service and build client loyalty.
• Train staff on store operations from register to stock room.
• Ensure cash handling and payroll procedures integrity.
