Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing payroll, scheduling, recruit/train, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with Visual Merchandising and Buying to optimize product displays. The target salary for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000 based on experience, with

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years retail experience in specialty, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• Strong clienteling skills to grow loyalty.
• Proven ability to drive sales and KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership on the sales floor.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and build client loyalty.
• Train staff on all store operations from register to stock.
• Maintain cash handling and payroll procedures.
• Oversee store scheduling and payroll integrity.
• Coach and develop retail associates to meet goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff.
• Collaborate on business plans to maximize opportunities.
• Analyze sales data to set strategies and goals.
