Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an Assistant Manager in West Hollywood to join the store leadership team. You will be an active part of operations, customer experience, and employee development, coaching supervisors and staff to deliver best-in-class service.

You will oversee clienteling, cash handling, scheduling, training, and collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Buying to adapt product assortment to customer needs and trends.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of retail experience in specialty, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience.
• Advanced clienteling skills with the ability to grow a loyal customer base.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and maintain clienteling standards.
• Lead store operations from register to stock room and delegate tasks for efficiency.
• Oversee payroll procedures, scheduling, and staff development.
• Coach and develop retail associates to meet store goals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff; collaborate with VM/Buying on assortments.
• Analyze sales data to set strategies and maximize business opportunities.
