URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership in operations and to create an engaging customer experience at the Bridgewater location. You will help drive sales through personalized service, styling, and outfitting recommendations while maintaining FP brand standards.

You will lead and develop team members, manage daily store activities, and ensure omni-channel processes are executed smoothly. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

• Deliver an omni-channel shopping experience using store systems and apps.
• Participate in daily operations and uphold visual/display standards.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure timely shipment processing and restocking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, safety standards and store profitability.
• Engage and develop the Stylist team; support career progression.
