GATE Petroleum is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to ensure friendly, efficient customer service and to perform the store manager’s duties in their absence. You will help manage daily operations, assist guests, handle inventory, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

You will supervise team performance, process payments at the register, resolve customer and staff issues, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a positive, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifikationen

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
