Responsibilities include inventory control, ordering, deposits, training, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. Flexible scheduling and weekend work are required. Opportunity for growth within a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to support alcohol/tobacco sales.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maximize customer service, profits, and sales.
• Monitor inventory and ensure shelves and coolers are stocked.
• Place grocery and merchandise orders and manage vendor deliveries.
• Perform bank deposits and manage cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; ensure safety and train staff.
• Work with Store Assistant Manager to control store operations and inventory.
