You will supervise hiring, onboarding, and growth of Customer Service Associates, while coaching the team to deliver exceptional service and strong results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Strong background in store operations: staffing, training, performance, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to drive change and execute effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied by gathering feedback and solving problems.
• Lead training for Customer Service Associates to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, recognizing, and motivating the team.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with peers to develop action plans that drive results.
