Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in retail or services.
• Experience coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment.
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.

• Review results and drive growth plans.
• Manage conflict in a cooperative manner.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment and lift 10–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead in community, customer service, sales and team development.

• Develop a high-performing team for consultative selling and conversions.
• Coach and develop staff through coaching, training and role playing.

• Delegate operational tasks with the GM; share responsibility for store ops and cost control.
