Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry.
• Experience coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment.
• Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication, organization, planning and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Review results against business goals and create growth plans.
• Manage conflict in a cooperative manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Develop a high-performing team focused on providing an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversions and providing total solutions to every customer.
• Coach and train team members through role-play and feedback.
• Attain sales and services goals, profit margins and execution of store operations.
• Establish business cadence for sales readiness and merchandising opportunities.
• Assist with delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Shared responsibility for total store operations and cost control as well as acting as the Floor Leader.
