ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Blaine, Minnesota. This role reports to the Store Manager and drives sales, controls expenses, and ensures high customer satisfaction.

You will lead teams, foster a positive environment, and uphold ALDI values while adhering to company policies. The position is full-time with 38 hours per week and starts at $26.50 per hour, with a wage increase to $27.50 in Year 2.

Formación

• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel.
