Lids Sports Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a sales team, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold brand standards.

You will manage scheduling, train staff, execute merchandising plans, handle cash and inventory tasks, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and loss prevention while delivering a fun, inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Coach and train store staff using LIDS programs and set sales goals.
• Schedule and staff the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Resolve customer issues and promote the Lids membership program.
• Maintain store operations and safety per Policies & Procedures.
• Manage cash handling and assist inventory audits.
• Perform merchandising and backroom organization for efficiency.
