Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wilmington, NC to lead daily store operations and drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service. You will supervise staff, implement training programs, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, team development, cash handling, inventory controls, and outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store coverage.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
• Manage cash handling, inventory controls, and daily store operations.
• Prepare and manage store schedules to ensure proper coverage and wage control.
• Support in merchandising, signage, and visual presentation to drive sales.
