Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pineville, NC. You will lead daily store operations, mentor a team, and uphold Lids standards to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage staffing, training, visual merchandising, and policies, ensuring a positive and productive environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving sales targets while managing shrink.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and staffing when Store Manager is absent.
• Train and coach associates using LIDS Training Programs and set goals.
• Enforce company policies, discipline steps, and ensure compliance.
