Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience

• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates
• Provides feedback and recognition to Associates
• Partners with Management on training needs
• Ensures adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Promotes safety and shrink reduction programs
• Other duties as assigned
