David’s Bridal is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team in delivering world-class customer service and achieving sales targets. You will manage shifts, coach staff, monitor payroll, and ensure stock integrity while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years retail management experience.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Assigns shifts, reviews results, and provides feedback for a five-star experience.
• Coaches and trains to enhance selling skills and processes.
• Monitors payroll, hours, and breaks to stay within budget.
• Drives store performance to meet monthly income goals and sales plans.
• Oversees inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs.
