Qualifications

• Minimum four years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage payroll within budget and review timesheets.
• Drive monthly income goals and stock/receiving processes.
• Develop staffing plans and coach the team to exceed sales targets.
