David’s Bridal is hiring a Store Manager to build and lead a high-performing team focused on world-class customer service and exceeding sales plans. You will mentor staff, manage payroll within budget, and oversee inventory, orders, and repairs to ensure top-quality merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years prior retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Oversee store payroll and ensure it stays within monthly budget.
• Drive Total Monthly Income goals and maintain five-star customer service.
• Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs.
• Develop staffing plans and ensure open positions are filled within 30 days.
