David's Bridal, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to build a high performing team and deliver world class customer service. You will mentor, lead, and coach a motivated staff to maximize sales and store performance while maintaining a five-star customer experience.

You will manage payroll within budget, supervise scheduling, training, and coaching, and ensure inventory accuracy. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to staff effectively and drive results daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsabilités

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Holds leadership accountable for active floor management and feedback.
• Providing ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills.
• Responsible for payroll within monthly budget and timekeeping.
• Leads store toward Monthly Income goals and inventory processes.
• Communicates daily sales goals and monitors performance.
• Builds a strong bench and fills open positions within 30 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
