Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience managing 5+ direct reports and related leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer needs and issues following OBW service model.
• Hire, train, mentor associates, set expectations and promote a sense of belonging in the workplace.

Education

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
