Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; provides feedback and guides store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensures merchandising and inventory flow meet goals.
• Provides supervision and development for hourly associates; hires, trains, mentors, sets expectations, and recognizes performance to promote belonging.
