Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Wisconsin to lead a busy retail store. You will coach a sales team, drive customer experiences, and oversee daily operations while reporting to the General Manager.

You will shape training, merchandising, and performance plans, ensuring outstanding guest service and store results. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and accountability in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualificações

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Own personal and team sales performance and lead by example on the floor.
• Track daily performance and coach in the moment using the scorecard.
• Oversee store operations and safety, and coordinate with Facilities/Network/IT as needed.
• Manage opening/closing activities and ensure daily targets are met.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
