Responsibilities

• Take part in interviewing and hiring decisions for your store and develop the team.
• Provide training and mentorship to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify selling skill gaps and implement development plans to meet sales targets.
• Own the store's daily sales strategy and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Lead store operations, analyze data, and ensure store up-time and compliance.
• Open and close the store and ensure targets are met.
