Qualifications

• Retail, restaurant or wireless industry customer service experience preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or leadership role.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans to meet metrics.
• Run store operations: staffing, financial data, cash handling, compliance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
