Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in customer service.
• Background in retail or wireless sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team on the sales floor with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop and coach team members to achieve sales targets and quota assignments.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing tasks, and adherence to policies.
• Monitor key sales metrics and coach in real time to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on staffing and merchandising guidance.
