Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead a store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, coach sales representatives, and drive store performance while managing daily operations and merchandising.

You will develop talent, set goals, monitor metrics, and ensure excellent guest service. The role requires leadership in a dynamic retail environment with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership roles in retail or wireless environments is preferred.
• Ability to hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team on sales, customer experience, and merchandising.
• Coach team members to meet and exceed sales metrics and quotas.
• Own and monitor daily store performance, including operations and compliance tasks.
• Build relationships across the store and with other leaders to drive results.
• Lead store opening/closing activities and manage staffing needs.
