Job summary

You will communicate objectives, lead store operations with a focus on service, merchandising, and community programs, and model the One Best Way customer experience. This role drives store sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses, ensuring accurate merchandise presentation and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain exceptional customer service using Walmart OBW service model.
• Drive store sales by managing PL statements, budgeting and expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions.
