Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, providing feedback and guiding store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and optimizing merchandising and inventory flow.
• Ensures customer service excellence, resolves issues, and implements process improvements to support a high quality customer experience.
