Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings such as Open Door trainings and Academy trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and giving feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Deliver exceptional customer service following Walmart's One Best Way service model.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to enhance operations and reduce shrink.
