Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Lebanon, PA is seeking a store leader to drive performance and mentor hourly associates. You will supervise daily store operations, manage budgets, and ensure strong customer service following the One Best Way model.

You’ll lead staffing, training, and development to build a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities include analyzing Profit & Loss, merchandising, inventory flow, and implementing action plans to hit sales and shrink targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.
• Bachelor’s or related leadership experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and feedback; manages store operations.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs are met and provides exceptional service following OBW model.
