Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• For firearms-selling facilities: CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy/Open Door trainings).
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through coaching, training and feedback to improve performance.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting and expense control aligned with sales.
• Ensure customer service excellence and steward EDLP/EDLC initiatives.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, seasonal transitions and shrink mitigation.
• Hire, train and mentor hourly associates; promote a culture of belonging.
• Ensure policy compliance and apply Open Door guidance in daily operations.
