Job summary

The North Face in New York is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team, drive an exceptional customer experience, and ensure operational excellence. You will lead by example, coach associates, and help maximize store profitability while upholding brand standards and an inclusive culture.

Candidates should have 1+ year of retail or leadership experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement and drive sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory, shipments, and product flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment.
