Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years of retail or store leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Ability to drive results through store teams and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store leadership team and deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and sales goals.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and inventory flow.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stockroom operations aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and procedures.
