Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to help run daily store operations, drive sales, and enhance client experiences at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. You will support scheduling, safeguarding assets, and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes managing a store division, maintaining Lilly Pulitzer’s visual standards, and delivering KPI-driven results in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility for overtime and company benefits are noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
